The problem
Live shipment updates were spread across carrier sites with session tokens, JavaScript rendering, and inconsistent status text.
The approach
Built the system from scratch with Playwright to handle rendering, session tokens, and request headers. Added Qwen to turn unstructured carrier text into normalized summaries with predicted ETAs.
